To register an account with winmy9, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process.
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balances.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. winmy9 will never ask for your password via email, messaging, or any other communication channel.

Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules
